Great turnaround time and very helpful
My Trailer Brake Controller malfunctioned. Spoke with James he said to bring truck in at 1pm and they would diagnose/work me in to their already busy day. I arrived a bit before 1pm Martin greeted me, got the process started. 2 1/2 hours later a new Trailer Brake Controller is installed and I am on my way!! Grateful and thankful to Kinsel Ford, Three Rivers, TX to be connected and safely towing once again. My only regret is that I did not personally speak with the technician who did the diagnosis/installation to thank him. Observed other customers receiving same personal caring service as I received. A really special time spent at Kinsel Ford. Thank You!!
