It's a refinery.
It was heading to be nearly shut down but the advent of local shale oil in the lower states lead to a full reopening and future modernization hopefully.
Of course it's a refinery, I think it's great for taking night time photos because it just glows.
Here for the Valero turn around. Things seem to be going smoothly. Its a nice location and people are great.
