In the South Texas Eagleford Shale, this is the Best RV park! A lot of amenities and the management is very friendly. They have city water, which is a biggie down here. I'd definitely recommend Bailey's if you're staying in this area.

This is the best rv park in the Three Rivers area! The owners are wonderful people and do anything they can to make your stay comfortable! The park is clean and well taken care of to include their sparkling pool! I recommend this park and would definitely go back!
Ok place for a night or two. After that many problems begin to surface. The wifi is spotty at best. The appliances are unreliable. And the management on site are questionable. We paid for a month and left after two weeks and found a place a thousand times nicer and larger for a few dollars more.
Love Bailey's Hideaway!! Fantastic pool area to cool off in as well as a festive game room for a fun Saturday night! For me and my family it was the perfect vacation environment with fun and affordable relaxation! We will definitely be back here next time.
